How to delete your data

If you connected a Facebook Page to HelloChat

1. On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
2. Find HelloChat and click Remove.

Facebook tells us automatically. We disconnect every Page you connected, delete their access tokens, and give you a confirmation code with a link where you can check that the deletion was done.

If you use the HelloChat dashboard

Email info@mapleitfirm.com from your account's email address and ask us to delete your account or your whole workspace. We confirm by email once it is done, normally within 30 days. Backups that still contain the data are deleted within 14 days after that.

If you messaged or commented on a business that uses HelloChat

Your conversation belongs to that business. You can ask the business to delete it, or email info@mapleitfirm.com with the name of the business's Facebook Page and the name on your Facebook account, and we will delete your messages and the details you shared from HelloChat.
